Novena Prayer for the Clergy of ACNA and the Diocese of Fort Worth.

Lord Jesus, our Good Shepherd, You sent the Holy Spirit to guide Your Church into all Truth.  We pray for the empowerment of the ministry of Your priests and deacons who are consecrated to serve in your Name.
We lift our prayer to You, O Lord.
Grant to Archbishop Gregory Venables, Archbishop Robert Duncan, our Bishop Jack Leo Iker and the priests and deacons of the Diocese of Fort Worth Your wisdom in leading, faithfulness in teaching, and holiness in celebrating Your sacred Mysteries.
We lift up our prayer to You, O, Lord.
May Your priests always be faithful witnessess of our Lord Jesus Christ no matter what trials that may come, and may they offer their lives in union with Yours, that through the cross of life Your love may shine..
We lift up our prayer to You, O Lord.
Surround each parish family with Your Love and Providence. Guard their hearts from bitterness and confusion and evil. Let our Diocese be a faithful witness to Your Truth in all that we do and say.
We lift up our prayer to You, O, Lord.
Through the powerful intercession of the blessed Virgin Mary, intercede for our priests; St. Joseph, father of mercy, protect them; St. Michael the Archangel, defend them; St. John the Apostle, pray for them.
Lord Christ, intercede for Your clergy; Holy Spirit gird them in Truth; Heavenly Father, give them peace.  We lift up our prayer to You, O Lord.  Amen.
A Prayer for the Courts and Legal Counsel

Almighty God, We humbly pray that You bless the Civil Courts of Justice and the Magistrates of this land; and especially the Texas Supreme Court of Appeals.

Give to them the spirit of wisdom and understanding, that they may discern the truth and administer law and justice.

We pray for Shelby Sharpe and for the legal team that supports his work; and we ask that You give them a spirit of wisdom, charity and a right sense of justice they may faithfully serve You in the representation of the people of the Diocese of Fort Worth.

We offer this prayer through Him who shall come to judge the quick and the dead and the world by fire, even Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen.
The Prayer of The Order

0 eternal Father, You have sent us Your Son to teach us things pertaining to Your heavenly Kingdom. Give Your blessing to our Order wherever it may be throughout the world.

Grant that we, Your Daughters, ever may discern Your truth and bear the Cross through the battles of our earthly life. Give us strength to overcome temptation and the grace to work to spread Your Kingdom and to gather Your scattered sheep within your fold.

Pour out upon us the sevenfold gift of the Holy Spirit that we may always remember it is Your work we are called upon to do; that all we think, do or say may be pleasing in Your sight.

We ask it all For His Sake, our King and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
